50th Wedding Anniversary Mass & Reception

Each year the Golden Wedding Anniversary Mass with the Bishop of the Diocese of Peoria is held at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Peoria. It is truly one of the most special events held by the Diocese, in honor of those who have achieved this special anniversary.

This year's Mass will be held on September 21, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. with a reception to follow. Each couple whose names we have received will receive a congratulatory certificate signed by Bishop Daniel Jenky C.S.C. For those attending the Mass, the certificate will be distributed at the reception. For those not attending the certificate will be mailed.

If you are celebrating your golden jubilee in 2008 and have not received a formal invitation by August 2008 please contact the Marriage & Family Department to register.
